题目:新型透明功能薄膜的研发及产业化技术

Abstract:

Current state-of-the-art optoelectronic devices are typically fabricated on substrates coated with indium tin oxide (ITO) transparent electrodes (TEs). In fact, ITO is not an ideal TE material with regard to low cost and mechanical flexibility. Scarce supplies and increasing demand have led to substantial indium price fluctuations. In particular, the fragility of ITO under bending makes also it unsuitable for flexible devices. Therefore, replacing ITO with other TE materials is still a challenge that would have an impact on a wider range of similar devices. In this talk, the author would like to present several materials that emerge as replacements for ITO, e.g., ultrathin metal films, doped oxide films, and graphene-related materials, and finally to discuss the possibility for their scalability in commercial production.

报告人简介:

中科院上海硅酸盐研究所博士毕业,曾任日本学术振兴会特别研究员和西班牙科技部 RyC Fellow,2016年入选中国海洋大学英才工程计划。先后在日本、中国和欧盟等多个研究机构长期从事薄膜和 2D 材料的科研与产业化工作。主持与承担过包括欧盟石墨烯 旗舰计划、西班牙科技部、国家 973 计划、日本文部科学省和学术振兴会等多个项目的研发工作,是薄膜材料领域内多个国际学术期刊的资深审稿人。已发表 SCI 论文 40 余篇,并先后与数个国际知名公司开展产业化合作研发。
