The presentation will be a short introduction to a potential constitutive modeling of the apparent hardening when unloading is introduced by partly unloading during the processing of stainless steel. Strategies on the modeling with FE will be presented and a discussion on how to integrate and benefit from the potential increased formability in the design of components and their processing.
