报告摘要:

The commercialization of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) remains constrained by the "lab-to-module" scalability gap and long-term operational instability. This research presents a multifaceted strategy to overcome these bottlenecks through the integration of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and advanced interface engineering.

A primary focus involves leveraging SWCNTs as a versatile electrode platform. In flexible photovoltaics, SWCNTs were integrated to bridge the "stability divide," providing a robust framework that maintains structural and electronic integrity across scalable, manufacturable modules. This versatility was further extended to develop high-performance bifacial PSCs, enabling efficient dual-sided light harvesting, and ITO-free architectures, which circumvent the brittleness and cost constraints of traditional transparent conductors.

To complement these electrode innovations, the research optimizes internal charge kinetics using solution-processed metal oxide layers. In inverted PSC structures, these layers facilitate fast and balanced charge transport while acting as a chemical buffer against environmental degradation. This dual-functional approach significantly bolsters both power conversion efficiency and thermal stability.

Collectively, these studies demonstrate that the synergy between SWCNT films and optimized buffer layers provides a scalable roadmap for the next generation of multifunctional perovskite photovoltaics. These findings facilitate the transition from laboratory prototypes to viable, industrially manufacturable energy harvesters.
